Smooth & Tan strives to provide quality services in a timely manner. In order to do this we have implemented the following policies.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve your appointments especially for you; we request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule, alter or cancel your appointment which you can do by phoning the salon on (03) 5221 5889.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the missed service.
All Saturday appointments need to be pre-paid, cancellations on the day
will be charged at 100% of the service
Reminder Service
We offer an SMS reminder service which is sent to you 48 hours prior to your appointment. On receipt of this text, we ask that you text back ‘Y’ for Yes to confirm your appointment OR ‘N’ for No to cancel your appointment.
Smooth & Tan reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointments and our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Should you fail to attend your appointment, you will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments.
Appointment Times
We ask that you arrive on time (or a few minutes early) to ensure you receive the full service you have booked. If you are running late, please let us know by phoning (03) 5221 5889 and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. We may have to reschedule your appointment, or may not have sufficient time to complete the whole service, in which case you will need to make another booking.
