It all started in a waxing room.
When I first started waxing, it took me almost three hours to finish one client. It was exhausting and the results weren’t great. Naturally, the client was not at all happy. That’s when I decided to create my own wax. One that wouldn’t irritate, bruise or lift skin.
That moment changed the beauty world. Frustrated with the waxes on the market, Lilliane worked with her business partner to make Brilliance, Australia’s number one selling wax for over twenty-five years. It’s gentle on the skin, effective in removing hairs, and trusted by salons all over the world.
They didn’t stop there.
Lilliane and her team created a complete range of waxing essentials from skin prep to aftercare and solutions for ingrown hairs, all made to give you the best waxing experience possible. These products, sold worldwide under the name Caronlab Australia, are still the secret behind the smooth, comfortable waxing treatments we perform every day at Smooth & Tan, where it all began.

To support their growth, we periodically offer discounted services performed by our junior therapists. This allows you to enjoy high-quality treatments at great value. Every treatment performed by a trainee is carefully supervised and reviewed by a senior therapist to ensure the highest standards of safety, comfort and results.
